Concerns & Response Mechanism

If you have any concerns that Samos Volunteers’s operations or team members are in breach of the above policies or Code of Conduct, we would like to hear from you.

Any concerns raised about Samos Volunteers’s operations, its team of volunteers, coordinators or board members will be taken seriously and addressed sensitively.

If you would like to raise a concern you have, or report an incident which may breach the above policies and Code of Conduct, please contact our Project Manager using the following. The Project Manager runs our team on Samos and will be able to swiftly and directly address issues on the ground.

If you have a concern about the functioning of the organisation or the field operations that you feel should be raised to our governance please contact concerns@samosvolunteers.org. Unless necessary for follow up or investigation purposes, anonymity will be preserved.

In both cases, before sending an email to raise a concern, make sure the following details are included:

• what would you like to report:

• who was/is involved:

• when did it take place?
