Our dedicated team on Samos is made up of around 35 people from all over the world, including the communities living here on the island.
The group is managed by the field coordinators who are overseen by the advisory board.

Community engagement
Our community volunteers (these are camp residents who volunteer with us) are the backbone of Samos Volunteers. We use their insights to keep us informed of the needs and interests of the community, and we tailor our services accordingly.
Volunteering with us gives structure and purpose to days on Samos. And it provides community members with an opportunity to use and develop their skills. We aim to include as many community volunteers in our team as possible.
We are an organisation that works with the community, for the community. We are committed to listening, learning and adapting.
